Thus, the method of reading varies according to the nature of the relationship and the personal information given about each party involved. Therefore, please be very specific when filling in the information required for the reading before completing the booking.
The Emotion reading addresses the following:
- Current emotions: focus on your loved one’s raw emotional energy towards you, to find out whether they are negative or positive. The positive energy of your loved one’s emotions is a good indicator but does not necessarily lead to a successful relationship.
- How does your loved one see you: focus on your loved one’s brain energy and awareness to determine to what extent rationality and emotions affect his/her decision-making process.
- Seriousness: the seriousness of the relationship is assessed for the loved one. It’s the ultimate result of the combination of his/her emotional and mental energies.
- Obstacles: focus on the negative energies that may impede the success of the relationship. The source of which is often the private or external environment of one or both parties.
- Final assessment: focus on the compatibility of both parties, regardless of mutual feelings and obstacles.
- Moving forward: an overview of what comes next.

Within four days, starting from the reservation date, you will receive a link to your private reading video, sent via your email address. If you purchased the reading with the “Express service” option, you will receive your private reading video within 24 hours, from the reservation date.
No. The uploaded video of your reading session is sent thru a private link, from a private channel, that you alone have access to.
We receive requests for cancelation and/or refunds of payments by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
Refunds requests are reviewed separately. The decision to refuse or accept refunds will be sent by mail to your address.
Yes, you can by selecting the option “Express service (within 24 hours)” located on the booking confirmation page. This service costs an additional 50 USD that will be added to the original price of the reading.
The required information varies according to the type of reading. When you pick a type of reading, you will be asked a series of routine questions required for the reading. Make sure your answers are precise before confirming the reservation. There’s also an “Additional information” box, on the booking confirmation page, to add any information deemed relevant.
You can add any information deemed relevant in the “Additional information” box on the booking confirmation page. You cannot add any new information after booking your reading session.
The reading sessions are delivered thru a pre-recorded video or thru a live session. Any requests for a reading session via phone call or any other means will be ignored.
