Tarot Readings

1. I booked a Tarot reading. When can I receive the reading results? And how?

Within four days, starting from the reservation date, you will receive a link to your private reading video, sent via your email address. If you purchased the reading with the “Express service” option, you will receive your private reading video within 24 hours, from the reservation date.

2. Can anyone else access my reading video?

No. The uploaded video of your reading session is sent thru a private link, from a private channel, that you alone have access to.

3. I have booked a Tarot reading. How can I cancel the reservation and get a refund of my payment?

We receive requests for cancelation and/or refunds of payments by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

Refunds requests are reviewed separately. The decision to refuse or accept refunds will be sent by mail to your address.

4. Is there a way to receive the reading in less than four days?

Yes, you can by selecting the option “Express service (within 24 hours)” located on the booking confirmation page. This service costs an additional 50 USD that will be added to the original price of the reading.

5. What information is required for a reading?

The required information varies according to the type of reading. When you pick a type of reading, you will be asked a series of routine questions required for the reading. Make sure your answers are precise before confirming the reservation. There’s also an “Additional information” box, on the booking confirmation page, to add any information deemed relevant.

6. Can I add further information to my reading session? And can I add further information after receiving my reading results?

You can add any information deemed relevant in the “Additional information” box on the booking confirmation page. You cannot add any new information after booking your reading session.

7. Is it possible to book a reading thru a phone call? Or WhatsApp? Can I get a face-to-face reading with Rasha?

The reading sessions are delivered thru a pre-recorded video or thru a live session. Any requests for a reading session via phone call or any other means will be ignored.
