Terms & Conditions
Tarot Reading Terms
Private reading videos are delivered within 4 days from the booking date via a secure link sent to your email.
If you select the Express Service (within 24 hours) on the booking confirmation page, your reading will be delivered within 24 hours for an additional $35.
Each reading video is uploaded to a private channel and shared through a unique link. Only you can access your video.
Requests for cancellation or refunds must be sent by email to support@thelightrasha.com. Each request is reviewed individually; the decision will be sent to your email.
Required information varies by type of reading. When you book, you’ll be asked a few routine questions and can add any other relevant details in the “Additional Information” box before confirming your booking.
Once your booking is confirmed, no new information can be added to that session.
Readings are delivered as pre-recorded videos or live sessions only. Phone, WhatsApp or in-person readings are not offered.
